Jane is an experienced educator (BA Hons Childhood Practice) and Forest School Leader who champions child-led, nature-rich learning as vital preparation for life. Working alongside the Cambusbarron Community Development Trust she’s driving the development of an outdoor nursery in Gillies Hill Community Woodland, bringing to life CVN’s mission through hands-on community collaboration. Her work creates spaces where children and adults alike flourish through deep connection with nature.
Jane is the boss of everyone. She sorts all the problems out”

Early Childhood Educator : Katie Low.
Katie is an experienced ECE having worked previously in a local authority setting. Katie is local to Cambusbarron. She is a qualified Forest Kindergarten practitioner and will shortly begin Forest Leader training.

Early Childhood Educator : Jordan Sutherland.
Jordan is qualified ECE having gained her SVQ3 Social Services (Children and Young People). Jordan works part time (Mon-Wed) with CVN. Jordan will shortly start Forest Leader training.

Early Childhood Educator : Lisa Wright.
Lisa is our newest CVN team member and comes to us with a wealth of experience from the local authority supply list. Lisa works Tuesdays through Fridays.

Support Worker Early Childhood Educator : Helen O’Toole
Helen is a qualified Support Worker and holds an SVQ2 Social Services (Children and Young People) Helen is a Cambusbarron resident and brings bundles of enthusiasm to the team.

Support Worker Early Childhood Educator : Jen MacLeod
Jen is a Support Worker at CVN. She is also a registered nurse and works part time in the hospital and part time at CVN. Jen is another Cambusbarron resident and brings more local knowledge to the team.
“She helps the other kids, she helps them if they’re bleeding and if they have a bleeding finger…..”
